We greatly enjoyed our stay, especially the room with a beautiful lake view. the food was outstanding with a wide variety of options available.

The North Face Inn offers great value for money with nice rooms and comfortable sitting areas. The location is perfect, not far from the lake but in a quiet alley, and the staff is welcoming and helpful.

Exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Perfect location in Lakeside. Good-sized rooms with all necessary amenities. Helpful and knowledgeable staff for organizing tours and transportation. Spotless room and bathroom with hot shower. Raju went above and beyond, even picking us up from the airport. Secure storage for extra baggage during trek.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and it was amazing! Beds were super comfortable and linens were clean. the staff was the best! They helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for local eateries. the location was perfect, in the heart of the city and only a quick walk to the main attractions. the view from our room was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the city come alive at night.

The Wi-Fi was slow and spotty in our room, so we had to use the lobby area for better connectivity.
